That means hiring hack space at Teraco, connection, buying the machines, HDs, switches, etc., and, of course, maintaining it (hardware fault? be prepared for hours of downtime). It is impossible to be up to date with security and hardware upgrades.

Because it is a service, not a hired machine that we need to control, update, upgrade or buy parts, connection... We leave all of that with Microsoft and Amazon and focus on the real product. In real life it means we can backup the PBXs DBs every minute and spawn it anywhere in the world if necessary - within minutes.
